Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 12 articles and 7 Annexes, regulates the production and import/export of substances and any equipment damaging the ozone layer. The Annexes specifies the list of authorized substances and establishes fines for prohibited activities. The implementation of this Decree-Law is under the Ministry of Environment, which will enforce the Protocol of Montreal.
