Decree-Law No. 30/2013 regulating the competencies and exploitation of environmental sanitation infrastructures.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 3 Chapters, regulates the transferring of competencies and exploitation management of environmental sanitation infrastructures from the State to the municipal public domain. It specifies decentralization procedures in order to enable local municipalities to perform environmental sanitation. The Decree-Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Exploitation regime and management of environmental sanitation infrastructures (Chap. II); Final provisions (Chap. III).
