Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 8 Chapters, creates the Maritime and Port Agency of Cape Verde (AMP). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Agency, entitled to develop administrative activities regulating technical, economic and supervision of the maritime and port sectors.
