Abstract
This Decree-Law regulates the Declaration of State of Emergency, established by Presidential Decree No. 09/2020, applicable to the island of Santiago. The Regulation establishes measures related to the following activities and aspects: prohibition of flights and maritime connections, health surveillance, evacuations and supplies, mandatory confinement, special duty of protection, general duty of stay-home, closure of facilities, establishments and services, operating rules, safety and hygiene rules, priority service, religious events, public sector, requisition of goods and services, human resources, special contracting regime, public health guarantee, Civil Protection, defense of legality, access to law and courts, maritime area and fishing licensing, authorizations and official documents.
