Decree-Law No. 61/2010 amending Decree-Law No. 30/2006 on electric energy production activities.

This Decree-Law amends articles: 1, 2, 26, 29, 36, 42 and 48 and repeals point 8 of article 37 of Decree-Law No. 30/2006 on electric energy production activities. New articles deal with the electric production originated from non-renewable energy (including independent and self-production energy). The new legislation is appended to the text regulating access, licensing and exploration of production activities related to electric energy.
