Abstract
This Decree-Law approves in the Annex the National List of Waste (LNR). It deals with the classification of waste involving the identification of process, their constituents and characteristics with lists of waste and substances affecting on health and the environment. The different types of waste included in the National List are fully defined by the six-digit waste code.
