Decree-Law No. 67/2009 regulating the declaration of public disaster.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 8 articles, regulates the declaration of public disaster. It establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to declare a situation of National disaster, if one or more serious predictable events, with natural or technological origin, happen with long term effects in duration and space and susceptible to provoke high damages in terms of materials and human beings victims within the territory of Cape Verde.
