Decree-Law No. 68/2009 approving the regime of concession of funds for public disasters to be issued to local administrations.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 4 Chapters, approving the regime of concession of funds for public disasters to be issued to local administrations. It establishes the requirements to be satisfied to obtain the concession of financial assistance in presence of declaration of emergency situation, which decision will be under the competence of the Government according to the established legal provisions. This Decree-Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Concession of financial assistance for natural disaster (Chap. II); National Fund for Emergencies (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
