Abstract
This Decree-Law, composed of 5 articles and one Annex, establishes the norms for waste water discharges used for human activities (namely domestic, urban or community waste water). In particular, it rules on: the certification procedures, the charge values, the daily flow rate, the control system and the related institutions. The Annex contains the details for the discharge norms and the control procedures.
