Abstract
This Decree is composed of 13 articles divided into six Chapters. It regulates the National Council on Fisheries (CNP), a body established with the aim of supporting the Government in the assessment, definition, implementation and management of policies related to fishery. In particular, the Decree defines its legal nature, competences, composition and internal organization.
