Decree No. 10/2022 approving the Cooperation Agreement in the field of Tourism between the Government of the Republic of Cape Verde and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco.

This Decree approves the Cooperation Agreement in the field of Tourism between the Government of the Republic of Cape Verde and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, signed in Rabat, on July 22, 2008, whose text in French and Portuguese are published in Annex. The Agreement aims to promote active cooperation in the field of tourism between the two countries, encouraging exchanges in this field, with a dynamic and mutually beneficial participation of Cape Verdean and Moroccan institutions working in this area, namely institutes, companies, travel agencies and professional associations. The Contracting Parties will pay special attention to strengthening and developing tourist cooperation relations between the two State Parties, in order to allow them to improve their mutual knowledge of their histories, their ways of life and their own cultures. The Contracting Parties shall encourage the exchange of information on: national laws and regulations in the field of tourism; Tourists data, statistics, brochures, promotional films and other information; Systems for training managers in the field of tourism at all levels, etc.
