Decree No. 114/78 creating the Fund for Agricultural and Livestock Development (FDA "Fundo de Desenvolvimento Agro-Pecuário").

This Decree creates the Fund for Agricultural and Livestock Development (FDA) by approving its constitution which is to be governed by the Ministry of Rural Development of Cape Verde. The constitution is divided into 23 articles dealing with the competencies and obligations of the FDA, such as promoting national (also cooperative) agriculture and livestock (art. 3). The FDA constitution lists duties and responsibilities of its members, specifying its areas of activity.
