Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 2 articles and 1 Annex, approves the delimitation of the the "Monte do Alto das Cabaças" Natural Reserve on the island of São Nicolau. This protected area pertains to the National Network of Protected Areas, declared by art. 34 of Decree-Law No. 3/2003. Annex specifies geographical limits (1,327.52 hectares), according to the attached geographical coordinates, references and map. Amended articles deal with its delimitation, under the Legal Regime of Protected Areas.
