Decree No. 33/79 creating the National Corporation for Poultry Breeding (ENAVI "Empresa Nacional de Avicultura").

In compliance with Decree Law No. 5/78 of 4 February 1978, and with the Law on the Political Organization of the Country of 5 July 1975 (art. 15, para. 3), the Government creates the National Corporation for Poultry Breeding (ENAVI "Empresa Nacional de Avicultura") by approving its constitution. The ENAVI is under the supervision of the Ministry of Rural Development. Its purpose is the production and selling of poultry meat and eggs. Its constitution is divided into 10 chapters dealing with management, its duties, competencies and purposes.
