Decree No. 4/2013 regulating the Integral Natural Reserve of the Baluarte Isle within the Boa Vista island.

This Decree, consisting of 2 articles and 1 Annex, regulates the Integral Natural Reserve of the Baluarte Isle within the Boa Vista island, with an approximate land surface of 7,65ha and maritime area of 87ha. It approves the delimitation of the above mentioned protected area, belonging to the National Network of Protected Areas, according to Decree-Law No. 3/2003, establishing the legal regime of natural heritage, monuments and places, which by their biodiversity relevance, natural resources, ecological functions, socio-economic, cultural touristic or strategic interests, deserve a special protection. The Annex shows the map of the area and specifies geographical coordinates of this Integral Natural Reserve.
