Abstract
This Decree, composed of two articles and one Annex, approves the Marine Fisheries Agreement between Cape Verde and Senegal signed in Dakar on 29 March 1985. The annexed Agreement is composed of 14 articles and one Implementing Protocol. It defines nationality requirements for fishing vessels and institutes a Committee, representing both countries, in charge for monitoring the correct implementation of the Agreement and for defining the number of fishing licenses to be issued by each State. The Protocol, composed of 16 articles, specifies licensing procedures, types of fisheries and monitoring procedures.
