Abstract
This Decree approves the Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cape Verde and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco. The Agreement aims to maintain, develop and strengthen trade and economic relations, promoting trade in goods and services between Cape Verde and Morocco. The Agreement is born out of mutual awareness and the certainty that only consolidated commercial cooperation can enable the fulfillment of this objective. This Commercial Agreement was signed in Rabat, on December 16, 2004, whose texts in Portuguese and French are published in annex to this Decree.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall enter into force provisionally on the date of its signature and definitively on the date of the last notification relating to the completion of the formalities required for its entry into force, in accordance with the procedures applicable in each of the two countries.
Notes
This Agreement has a validity of five years, renewable by tacit agreement for similar periods, unless one of the Contracting Parties notifies the other Contracting Party, in writing, of its intention to terminate it, three months before its expiration.
