Abstract
This Joint Order approves the list of prohibited plastic objects under Law No. 22/X/2023 of 18 April, which establishes the Legal Regime for the strict prohibition of marketing, import, distribution and production of single-use plastic within the country. The list of prohibited single-use plastic materials approved by this Joint Order applies throughout the National territory.
