This Law approves the legislative authorization to the Government to proceed with the approval of the General Legal Regime of Port Jurisdiction Zones. This legislative authorization will allow the establishment of the regulatory procedures applicable in the ports of the public port system of Cape Verde, in relation to the definition of the port jurisdiction zone, as well as the incidences and implications of a territorial nature resulting from such delimitation on the work, function and port activity.
