Abstract
This law is composed of two articles and one Annex. It amends the Common Customs Tariff. The annex is divided in two parts. it provides a classification of products according to items and, for each one, defines applicable tariffs. New tariff codes are created for certain live animals and certain meat and offal to facilitate the surveillance and control in accordance with CITES.
