Abstract
This Law, composed of 18 articles divided in VII Chapters, regulates the service and activities of the international registry of seagoing vessels of Cabo Verde, as well as the related activities of inspection, control, classification, and certification of the vessels. Moreover, the law rules on the competences and functions of the Cape Verde International Shipping Register (CVR).
