Abstract
This Law amends the Labour Code of Cape Verde, approved by Legislative Decree No. 5/2007 of 16 October. Amendments regard maternity leave (90 days) and paternity leave (10 days), as well as leave for breastfeeding during the first six months after giving birth, and two hours of leave per day, which can be divided into two periods.
