Abstract
This Order approves the Regulation for the Urban Development Plan of Chão Bom (PDU CB) under the Municipality of Tarrafal de Santiago. The Regulation, consisting of 5 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes the administrative and legal regime for use, occupation and transformation of the territory of Chão Bom urban area. The Regulation specifies licence requirements, approvals and authorizations to be submitted to the competent authority. Annex lays down the plant of the area that shall be governed by this Regulation. The above mentioned PDU will have a duration period of 12 years.
