This Order, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, authorizes the permanent and free land concession to 57 farmers and stockbreeders of land plots in Tchon D´Holanda, Ribeira de Vinha, within the island of São Vicente. It establishes the right of ownership for land exploitation to specific farmers and stockbreeders, in order to maintain and rehabilitate the agricultural lands, increase and diversify cultivations and forage production, stimulate the improvement of agricultural and livestock production, fight the poverty, creating income generating activities and improving the local food security. The Annex lists the beneficiaries of these land concessions.
