Abstract
This Order approves the Regulation of the Environmental Impact Assessment Committee. This Regulation aims to define the functioning of the Environmental Impact Assessment Committee, in compliance with the provisions of article 9 of Decree-Law No. 27/2020 of 19 March 2020 approving the legal framework for EIA. The Evaluation Committee works in conjunction with the EIA Authority.
