Abstract
This Order establishes the minimum content of the regulation regarding the provision of urban waste management services to users, covered by Decree-Law No. 26/2020 of 19 March establishing the legal regime for waste management services urban. It is applicable to the service regulation to be approved for urban waste management services provided by municipal or inter-municipal service management entities. End users are considered to be natural or legal persons, public or private entities, who are continuously provided with waste services and who do not have as their object the provision of these same services to third parties.
