Order No. 18/2022 approving the Praia Grande Tourist Management Plan (POT - Praia Grande) within the Municipality of the island of São Vicente.

This Order approves the Praia Grande Tourist Management Plan (POT - Praia Grande) within the Municipality of the island of São Vicente. It regulates the following: general rules of the ZDTI territory, the regime of uses and conditions of new land occupation, guidelines and rules in the areas of the environment and landscape, as well as infrastructure, and the execution of the POT, under the Legal Regime for Special Tourist Areas, approved by Law No. 75/VII/2010 of 23 August. The Praia Grande ZDTI POT specifies, in the territory of the ZDTI, the sectoral tourism policy adopted by the Government for the island of São Vicente, establishing the territorial framework of a coherent set of actions in the tourism sector with an impact on the organization of the territory, referred to ZDTI, as a commitment to the National Territorial Planning Directive and to the Regional Regulation of the Territory of São Vicente.
