Abstract
This Order creates the Digital Economy Consultative Council (CCED). CCED is the Ministry's advisory body and a forum for consultation between representatives of public services, social partners and civil society in the fields of social partnership and civil society, innovation and development of national telecommunications policy as well as digital economy, which is responsible for discussing, analyzing and issue opinions on these sectors. This Order establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of CCED mainly entitled to: a) Actively participating in the government's general policies regarding the telecommunications sector and the digital economy; b) Presenting strategic plans for the development of the telecommunications sector and the digital economy; c) Assessing proposals and issuing opinions, namely on on issues related to the telecommunications and digital economy.
