Order No. 32/2012 approving the Regulation for Municipal Territorial Plan of São Miguel (PDM-SM) in the Municipality of São Miguel.

This Order approves the Regulation for the Municipal Territorial Plan of São Miguel (PDM-SM) in the Municipality of São Miguel. The Regulation, consisting of 6 Chapters and 4 Tables (in Annex), divided in 48 articles, establishes the administrative and legal regime for use, occupation and transformation of the entire territory of the Municipality of São Miguel. The Regulation specifies licence requirements, approvals and authorizations to be submitted to the competent authority. Geographical plants of these areas are appended to the text. This Territorial Plan aims at managing and developing the above mentioned area according to provisions established by Legislative Decree No. 1/2006 and Decree-Law No. 43/2010.
