Order No. 33/2012 approving the Regulation for Detailed Urban Plan of Palmarejo Grande (PD-PG) in the Municipality of Praia.

This Order approves the Regulation for the Detailed Urban Plan of Palmarejo Grande (PD-PG) in the Municipality of Praia. The Regulation, consisting of 3 Titles, 8 Annexes and 1 Table divided in 40 articles, establishes the administrative and legal regime for use, occupation and transformation of the territory of Palmarejo Grande urban area. The Regulation specifies licence requirements, approvals and authorizations to be submitted to the competent authority. Geographical plants of the urban area are appended to the text. This Urban Plan aims at managing and developing the above mentioned area according to provisions established by Legislative Decree No. 1/2006.
