Order No. 40/2014 creating the Advisory Council of Protected Areas of the island of Sal (CAAPSL).

This Order, consisting of 11 articles, creates of the Advisory Council of Protected Areas of the island of Sal (CAAPSL). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Council, under the Governing Body of Protected Areas, which objectives are: to support and ensure the participation of local communities and partner organizations in the project implementation, acting as an intermediary between the staff of the project and local communities, in accordance to the Legal System of Protected Areas established by Decree-Law no. 3/2003 of 24 February.
