Abstract
This Order approves the Regulation on Sport Fishing and Maritime-Touristic Activities. The Regulation applies to all persons, natural or legal, national or foreign, who are engaged in amateur and sport fishing and marine touristic activities within the waters under the jurisdiction of Cape Verde, under the Regime of Recreational and Nautical Tourism Activities, approved by Decree-Law No. 2/2023 of 12 January.
