Order No. 43/2019 approving the draft Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Electricity for micro-producer customers.

This Order approves the draft of the Contract for the Purchase and Sale of Electricity for micro-producer customers under the terms provided for in Decree-Law No. 1/2011 of 3 January, which establishes the provisions regarding the promotion, incentive and access, licensing and exploitation related to the exercise of the activity of independent production and micro-production of electric energy, based on renewable energy sources, provides, in article 64, that the contract of purchase and sale of electricity from micro-producer customers must follow the contract model to be approved by Order of the member of the Government responsible for energy, after consulting the Multisectoral Economic Regulatory Agency (ARME).
