Order No. 52/2023 approving the Land Use Planning for the Coastal Zone and Adjacent Sea (POOC_M) of Maio Island.

This Order establishes the Land Use Planning of the Coastal Zone and Adjacent Sea (POOC_M) of the Island of Maio. It regulates the development of POOC_M, zoning and use regime, the maritime bathing area, risk areas, as well as areas of potential archaeological interest, and fisheries co-management areas, under Decree-Law No. 61/2018 of 10 December, which amends and republishes Decree-Law No. 43/2010 of 27 September, and Decree-Law No. 14/2016 of 1 March, which regulates the process of elaboration and implementation of the Coastal and Adjacent Sea Planning (POOC_M).
