Abstract
In compliance with articles 6 and 14 of Decree No. 97/87 of 5 September 1987, the issuing of industrial and artisanal fishing licences is subject to the payment of a fee to be determined by the Secretary of State for Fisheries. In order to fix such fees, the aforementioned table is annexed to this Order (art. 1). Provisions regarding the issuing of such fishing licences which are contrary to this Order are hereby abrogated (art. 2).
