Abstract
This Order, composed of seven articles and one Annex, establishes a National Registry of Industrial Fishing Vessels operating within the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of Cape Verde. According to the Order, the registration is compulsory for the issuing of the fishing licence. The Order regulates the registration procedures and the control measures to be undertaken. The Annex provides the model registration template.
