With this Order, and according to Act No. 1/75 of 5 July 1975, the Government of Cape Verde abrogates the Rural Committees for Land Leasing ("Comissao Arbitral de Arrendamento Rural", created by Order No. 7873, Chapter 8 of 24 July 1976) and establishes that all their competencies be transferred to the Ordinary Law Court.
