This Order approves the regulations for the registration of shipping companies, the licensing of inter-island maritime transport on passenger ships, general and mixed cargo, as well as the initial and renewal license models. This Order is under Decree-Law No. 41/2019 of 24 September regulating the access and exercise of the inter-island maritime transport industry for passengers, general and mixed cargo. Annex I deals with the Regulation for register shipping companies in the services of the national maritime administration. Annex II regulates the licensing of the inter-island maritime transport operator for passengers, general or mixed cargo. Annex III lays down the initial and renewal license models.
