Abstract
This Rectification amends Resolution No. 24/2014 of 14 March, creating the National Coordination Group (GCN) implementing the Campaign for Food and Nutritional Security "Together against Hunger! Promoting the Hope in CPLP" ("Juntos contra a Fome! Alimentando a Esperança na CPLP"). This is an initiative developed in partnership with the Executive Secretariat of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (SECPLP) and the Organization for Food and Agriculture of the United Nations (FAO).
