This Regulatory Decree regulates the physical and normative definition of the Port Jurisdiction Zone of Porto da Praia, in the town of Praia, on the island of Santiago, referred to as Porto da Praia ZJP, and, for this purpose, establishes the physical, land and maritime limits of the territory assigned to the port, taking into account current and foreseeable future needs in the legal framework of the port system, under Legislative Decree No. 10/2010, of 1 November approving the Ports Law of Cape Verde.
