Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 11 Chapters, amends and republishes entirely the Regulation of Ports of Cape Verde, approved by Decree No. 15/2010. Amendments deal with economic exploitation, competence, certification, sub-concession and licensing, use of port infrastructures by operator, obligatory pilot areas, licences and certificates for piloting, entertainment and other matters related to port administration and management. It includes also pollution control and collection of vessel originated from waste, etc.
