Regulatory Decree No. 6/2023 regulating the physical and normative definition of the Port Jurisdiction Zone of Porto Grande, in the town of Mindelo, on the island of São Vicente.

This Regulatory Decree regulates the physical and normative definition of the Port Jurisdiction Zone of Porto Novo, in the town of Porto Novo, on the island of Santo Antão, referred to as Porto Novo ZJP, and, for this purpose, establishes the physical, land and maritime limits of the territory assigned to the port, taking into account current and foreseeable future needs in the legal framework of the port system, under Legislative Decree No. 10/2010, of 1 November approving the Ports Law of Cape Verde.
