This Regulatory Decree regulates the physical and normative definition of the Port Jurisdiction Zone of Porto Inglês, in the town of Porto Inglês, on the island of Maio, referred to as Porto Novo ZJP, and, for this purpose, establishes the physical, land and maritime limits of the territory assigned to the port, taking into account current and foreseeable future needs in the legal framework of the port system, under Legislative Decree No. 10/2010, of 1 November approving the Ports Law of Cape Verde.
