Regulatory Decree No. 9/2023 regulating the physical and normative definition of the Tarrafal Port Jurisdiction Zone, in the town of Tarrafal, on the island of S. Nicolau.

This Regulatory Decree regulates the physical and normative definition of the Tarrafal Port Jurisdiction Zone, in the town of Tarrafal, on the island of S. Nicolau, referred to in short as ZJP do Porto do Tarrafal, and, for this purpose, establishes the physical, land and maritime limits of the territory assigned to the port, taking into account current and foreseeable future needs in the legal framework of the port system, under Legislative Decree No. 10/2010, of 1 November approving the Ports Law of Cape Verde.
