Abstract
This Resolution determines the promotion of studies for the expansion and modernisation of the Port of Praia, with a view to defining technical, economic, financial, environmental and institutional solutions that ensure its sustainable and competitive development. The above mentioned studies are carried out by Empresa Nacional de Administração dos Portos, S.A. (ENAPOR), as the concessionaire responsible for the development, management and operation of Cape Verde's harbours.
