Abstract
This Resolution approves the ratification of the Protocol amending the Marrakech Agreement that creates the World Trade Organization – Agreement on Fishing Subsidies, adopted in Geneva on 17 June 2022. This agreement applies to subsidies, in the article 1 of the Agreement on Subsidies and Compensation Measures ("SMC Agreement"), which are specific, in the article 2 of the Agreement, for marine fishing and related activities.
