Abstract
This Resolution approves the Management Plan for the Complex of Protected Areas of the island of Maio (CAPM), under the Legal Regime of Protected Areas, approved by Decree-Law No. 3/2003 of 24 February and Legislative Decree No. 1/2006 of 13 February approving the Basic Law of Territorial and Urban Planning (Regulations and zoning are published in the Annex). The CAPM Plan is a special instrument for land use planning of a regulatory nature that establishes the territorial framework of a coherent set of actions with an impact on the discipline of organization and management of the respective area.
