Resolution No. 17/2022 approving the Charter of the Intellectual Property Policy (CPPI).

This Resolution approves the Charter of the Intellectual Property Policy (CPPI), based on the guidelines of the National Intellectual Property Policy and Strategy (PENPI). Its mission is to structure a balanced, robust and effective Intellectual Property (IP) system, able to encourage the preservation and enhancement of natural and cultural potential and to promote creativity and innovation, in order to contribute to the sustainable development of the country. In addition, it regulates the intellectual property policy charter (CPPI), the legal and institutional framework for intellectual property, the strengths and weaknesses of the IP system in cable green, alignment with policies, as well as strategies, programmes and development plans, vision, PENPI objectives, strategic axes, implementation, financing, institutional articulation, follow-up and evaluation.
