Resolution No. 22/2022 approving the National Open Governance Action Plan of Cape Verde for the 2023-2025 horizon.

This Resolution approves the National Open Governance Action Plan of Cape Verde for the 2023-2025 horizon (PANGA). PANGA develops in the following five areas of opportunity: a) Open Governance based on open data; b) Modernization of the State (Co-creation of Public Services); e) Transparency in Public Finances; d) Transparency in Fisheries; and e) Bringing Justice closer to Citizens, which translate into commitments. The implementation of PANGA is based on the following governance model: a) Coordination at the political and technical level; and b) Constant articulation between the Ministry of Modernization of the State and Public Administration, the Multisectoral Forum and the other sectors and entities involved in the process. The implementation of PANGA's commitments must be carried out by each of the sectors directly involved in the areas of opportunity.
