Resolution No. 22/2025 approving the Investment Directives of the Fundo MAIS Fund for the year 2025.

This Resolution, under art. 8 of Decree-Law No. 3/2023, establishes that the resources of the Fundo MAIS Fund are allocated in accordance with the attached table, considering that: a) 80% of the Fund are destined to social transfers of income to families classified in the Group I of the Social Registry, within the Social Inclusion Income Programme (RSI), under the terms of Decree-Law No. 41/2020 of 2 April, defining the National Strategy for the Eradication of Extreme Poverty 2022-2023; b) 20% of the resources of the Fund are allocated to care projects and reinforcement of social protection for families in situations of extreme social vulnerability, prioritizing children and adolescents. The selection of projects, actions and activities to be financed by the MAIS Fund complies with the principles of transparency, legality and impartiality, according to access criteria established in the calls for tender.
